    I am so thankful to you are your moving team for bringing my stuff over from Vancouver to my locker in Calgary.  You made my life so much easier!

    But I want to look into something because it is niggling at me and I want to fix it.  When your guys dropped off my stuff - one of the gave me a call and told me that my stuff was 112 pounds over the quoted amount I gave, and so I owed more than what I originally paid.  At first I was a bit confused and the guy (who was very sweet, not mean at all about it) said not to worry about it, but I feel really bad and want to pay the difference, since you guys did so much for me.

    Can you please create an invoice for the difference and I will call you with my credit card info to pay it?  

    Also, please let me know where I can submit a testimonial about your service, as well as maybe advise the BBB so that your rating gets upgraded?  You guys literally saved my sanity, how can I not tell everyone how fabulous you are?

    We just want to put it in writing how pleased we were to work with BC-Alberta Movers, from the very first call with you, to Ron and his team in bringing our belongings home from Quebec City to Kelowna, BC.

    Truly ...we didn't know the first thing about hiring a mover. (With big strong Luc in my life, and his many friends, it was never necessary). But to take these mostly family antiques down four steep flights of stairs in Quebec City, to shuttle them out of the tiny cobblestoned streetsto , and then in a quick time travel the length of the country, and have them waiting for us. Wow. You guys know what you are doing.

    A Tough Move Made Easy

    You guys moved me from New Westminster to Calgary last month.


    I just wanted to thank you guys for an awesome job on a somewhat difficult move. Our stuff that consisted of some 300+ boxes ended up moving 4 times in 2 weeks and not a damn thing was broken or damaged besides a few understandable scruffs! We had TVs, expensive computer equipment, 50+ boxes of books and a couple of very heavy items to manage. Ron is a packing wizard who worked very hard and went out of his way to accommodate our crazy strata and building rules even though it made things a little more difficult. Lori, or was it Lonnie, worked his butt off until he could barely stand.

    Moving from Vancouver to Calgary

    I would like to thank your company and specifically Cory and Keith for making this very stressful last minute move from Vancouver to Calgary easy for me.


    Moving is always stressful and can provide many challenges, but your team did an outstanding job. Cory and Keith were friendly, helpful and worked extremely hard to reduce the number of challenges with my move. It was a successful move from my perspective.


    I have to admit that I, along with my neighbours, were all extremely surprised by the size of the truck that arrived to pick up my small load in Vancouver. A 75-foot tractor trailer was a bit of an overkill and did not fit into the loading bay area of my building. I ended up having to help the team get items to the loading dock, where it was hiked down to the trailer parked on the street in front of the building. However, it all worked out and I did not mind.


    Again, thank you to everyone involved and specifically to Keith and Cory for all their hard work and dedication to the small details. It was very much appreciated.
